ITINERARY:

DAY 01: GUWAHATI AIRPORT / RLY STN– SHILLONG (130 KMS / 3 hrs drive)

Arrive at Guwahati airport or Rly station & drive to Shillong. Enroute visit Umium Lake. Check-in Hotel. If time permits visit Ward’s Lake. Overnight at Shillong.

 

DAY 02: SHILLONG – CHERRAPUNJEE – SHIILONG (60 KMs / 2 hrs-One way)

Today morning after breakfast excursion to Cherrapunjee. Visit Dwan Syiem viewpoint, Noh kali kai falls, Mawsmai caves, Seven Sister falls, Eco park etc. Later drive back to Shillong. On the way visit Elephant Falls. In the evening, you can go shopping at Police Bazar. Overnight in Shillong.

 

DAY 03: SHILLONG – DAWKI – MAWLYNNONG – SHILLONG (85 KMs / 3 hrs-One way)

After breakfast drive from Shillong to Mawllynnong Village. Mawlynnong/Mawlynnong Village located in the East Khasi Hills of Meghalaya also referred to as ‘God’s garden’ won the acclaim of being the cleanest village in Asia in 2003. The village known for its cleanliness is located around 90 km from Shillong and is a community-based eco-tourism initiative. The community has made a collective effort to maintain a clean village ambience. The town offers picturesque natural beauty and a trek to the Single Decker living root bridge at a neighbouring village Riwai. The village also offers the sight of a natural balancing rock, a strange natural phenomenon of a boulder balancing on another rock. Visit Dawki, the Bangladesh Border (Tamabil Border from Bangladesh side). The main attraction is the Umgot river with crystal clear water. You can enjoy the boat ride there, payment will be direct. Evening return back to Shillong. Check-in Hotel. Overnight at Shillong.

  

DAY 04: SHILLONG – KAZIRANGA (325 KMS / 6 hrs drive)

The morning after breakfast drive to Kaziranga. Check-in Hotel. Evening free for leisure. Overnight at Kaziranga.

 

DAY 05: KAZIRANGA

Early morning go for an Elephant ride in the park. (Elephant riding time: 1st Ride- 5.15-6.15 AM; 2nd ride: 6.30-7.30 am/ As per availability) Return for Breakfast. After breakfast complimentary for leisure or you can visit tea plantations and rubber plantations. After lunch Jeep safari in the Central Range. Overnight at Kaziranga.

 

DAY 06: KAZIRANGA – GUWAHATI (250 Kms / 5 hrs)

Early morning after breakfast drive to Guwahati. Check-in Hotel. Evening enjoys a sunset River cruise over the river Brahmaputra (Cruise is subject to weather conditions & availability, PAYMENT WILL BE DIRECT). Overnight in Guwahati.

 

DAY 07: GUWAHATI AIRPORT / RLY STATION DEPARTURE

Today morning after breakfast transfer to Guwahati airport or Railway station. HAPPY TOUR ENDS HERE WITH SWEET MEMORIES.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
  • No cancellations will be taken over phone calls or WhatsApp messages. Please reply to the email of the payment receipt that you received at the time of booking regarding the cancellation.

  •  Free Cancellation up to 60 days before the departure date (Booking amount is non-refundable)

  • If you're cancelling the trip within 10 Days of the Departure Date then only 20% of the total trip cost will be charged as a cancellation fee and the remaining sum will be refunded.

  • If you're cancelling the trip and opting for a refund within 2 Days from the Departure Date then 100% of the total trip cost along with the booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

  • You are not eligible for a refund if you fail to show up on the day of departure under the given timeline that has been provided to you beforehand. 

  • There would 30% refund provided in case some problems occur due to government orders, harsh weather conditions, protests, landslides, or any other unforeseen circumstances. On the occasion of any such happenings, we have a backup plan ready most of the time and we'll be moving on that. There are times when we would have to cancel some activities mentioned in the itinerary but it's only due to the reason that we would be bound by a circumstance that is not in our control.

  • If a trek is called off at the last moment due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.) then the participants would be provided with a travel voucher of 70% for the same amount that can be used within 365 days of the issuance date for any package worth the same amount.

  • Suppose a trek/trip has to be aborted midway due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.). In that case, no refund would be provided.

  • Hamrahi will not bear any extra expense due to any natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strikes, bandh, etc.).

  • Cancellations policy differs for popular destinations and also during peak season, kindly confirm with your operator once.
